The story follows Blubba, a kind and shy whale who loves watching people play on the beach. However, plastic waste left by humans pollutes the ocean and harms marine life. Blubba helps various sea friends, including Shelly the Turtle trapped in a plastic bag, Teera the mermaid stuck in tires, and Chomper the shark entangled in a net.
